1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 9awn, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game play, dispute resolution, and use of our customer support services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

9awn reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Players between 18 and 20 years of age, even if considered adults under other Philippine laws, are NOT permitted to register or play on 9awn.

9awn reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years old will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited without compensation.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

9awn primarily serves players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the platform. 9awn does not accept registrations from the United States, United Kingdom, or other territories where such operations are restricted by law.

2.3 Personal Capacity

By registering on 9awn, you confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from engaging in gambling activities. You also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the 9awn platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 9awn platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. All funds, bonuses, and winnings in any duplicate accounts may be voided without recourse.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 9awn will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login information. We may request copies of valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9awn supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. 9awn reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

Players may not use third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under their own name. Deposits made through unauthorised payment sources will be returned and the account may be suspended. Using the 9awn platform for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free spins, cashback deals, and other promotional incentives offered by 9awn are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.

6. Gameplay Rules

Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing bets. General gameplay terms include:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, affected rounds may be declared void and bets returned.

• Colluding with other players or exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering a new account after receiving a self-exclusion order or permanent ban.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9awn platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and the 9awn brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9awn or its licensed providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of 9awn. Unauthorised use of 9awn's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9awn collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. 10. Limitation of Liability

9awn's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9awn expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9awn shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions or errors in platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made by players based on information obtained through the 9awn platform.

In no event shall 9awn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9awn account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

9awn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Requests by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests made by the player.

Upon account termination, 9awn will process any remaining eligible real-money balance (after deducting any voided bonuses) in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court with jurisdiction. Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
